As a seller, you agree to:

6. Fees and Payment

You may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Manipulate prices or ratings

All content on the marketplace, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Recycling Market or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
